Decent little knife Reviewed by Dees on Jan 09, 2015   4 out of 5

I bought these when they were a BOGO deal and as soon as they arrived my wife fell in love with one of them. My impression is that they are a decent and compact little skinning knife that could be a very useful tool in a hunters day pack, but the sheaths usefulness is ruined by the fact that the retention straps button was placed through the belt loop, making it possible for only a 1/2 belt to fit through. As I was already planning to make myself a new sheath for it, this wasn't an issue for me, but it might be for another person. I like it and may buy a couple more.

short andhandly knife Reviewed by John on Jan 04, 2015   4 out of 5

Knife blade is less than 3 inches long, sharpens to a decent edge. The handle needs to be 1 1/2 inches longer as it is too short. Wood to handle mounting is tight. For 5.99 it is a good value and will be useful for general purpose uses.

Skinning?! Reviewed by Marty on Oct 14, 2013   4 out of 5

This is a cool little knife. surprisingly good sheath too. however... this blade design does not do any good skinning anything but varmint... it's too skinny and literally bends when faced with cutting angled through anything over 60lbs. but still cool!

Good knife Reviewed by snowolf on May 21, 2013   5 out of 5

For the money and with free shipping or penny shipping you cant go wrong..nice solid feel and decent sheath, sharp and very easy to sharpen..buy it..its decent looking, comfortable and strong..you cant go wrong for $6.00. You wont find it at walmart.

Right size for skinning Reviewed by Barry on May 09, 2013   4 out of 5

This is a great little skinner for the price. The curve of the blade is right and because of the size of the knife, you can get it in there to cut connective tissue from the hide and there is no lost motion. Looking forward to flaying a buck with it. Buy it! If you hunt, you won't be disappointed.

Great knife Reviewed by Brad on Apr 08, 2013   5 out of 5

The is a great knife, especially for the price. The knife is well built, and has a good blade. I have no complaints.

It's cheap, and full tang Reviewed by Todd on Feb 07, 2013   5 out of 5

It's a 6.00 skinner. Mine didn't come very sharp, but a bit of time with my Lansky sticks produced a fine edge. The build qulity id great. I suspect that the bolsters are aluminum, but if not stainless, that's hardly a knock on a 6.00 blade with high build quality, and a usable sheath. It's 6.00..it's very tight and has nice feel. You can sharpen it. It's a deal. If you want a decent quality skinner for little money, I can think of no better option.
