"Placed my order for this sword three days ago and is now in my hands. I've been on the hunt for an odachi for some years now and seen this deal and just could not pass it up. Huge would be and understatement, I'm 5'7" and this thing is about as tall as me. Yet it's not heavy and has a good feel to it. Crazy how sharp it was, the damascus pattern seems muddled behind what seems like gun blue. It's visible but barely and I'm not convinced to gun blue or whatever it may be holding up through some cuts. Honestly for the price I'd say it's well worth it, not like I'll be charging into battle with it but it'll make one hell of a conversation piece."

"This is perhaps one of the best pieces I've ever purchased! First off, is the wrapping on the handle - there are absolutely NO flaws with it at all! Secondly - the blade is exactly what I've expected of a Damascus steel blade! Sharp to the touch! You can't go wrong with this piece! Looks good and feels good!"
