"I bought this sword as a birthday gift for my brother. He really likes it. I inspected it well & it seems to be in tip top shape. I could tell immediately that the steel is high quality. Very strong & only slightly bends. Makes me wonder if all Shinwa katana swords are made from folded steel or just this one? Either way, it was a great deal considering what you get for a wonderful price. We are fully satisfied!"
"I received this very nice Katana recently on my birthday. very happy and appreciated to have received this one, it is mainly described as a display model. However, after using and inspecting the blade carefully I believe it to be fully functional as well. Grateful to have one. Recommended."
"Love this piece. Very beautiful and well made. Sword is solid. Nothing loose or dinged, dented or scratched. Sword was delivered in great shape in a nice carry bag. On display now with all the others budk has supplied for me. A couple of which are from the sword of the month."
