My favorite sword
"My wife bought this for me last year, and I have been meaning to review it ever since. I love this sword. It is my only differentially hardened katana/tachi, and I love letting the light catch the waves of the hamon, although it is faint in all but direct light. The blade is well made (not at all wavy and only a couple of minor blemishes), nicely balanced, and sharp too. All the fittings are tight and seem well made as well. Overall, it is a great sword for the price (I have seen the red version in a retail store priced twice as much as here, and I think my blade was nicer than that one)."
