"The Dynasty has a lighter flat blade shaped like a V. The bronze Tsuba attracted me to this katana , along with the same handle design as the Scorn. The scabbord is thinner to match the blade. I'm impressed by the quality and workmanship of sokojikara, if you zoom on the pictures of the Sokojikara Katanas, what you see is what you get."
"I really liked what I received, great katana for the money."
"This was strangely a Valentines gift for my wife. She has wanted a katana for literally decades. She's thrilled and found the quality to be far above the great price! Extremely sharp and solid!"
"The blade sides are one continuous angle from the spine to the cutting edge, resulting in a light and fast sword. There is no secondary angle as on most Katana blades. The furnishings are good quality and a rich bronze color. The Hamon is different and interesting. If you want a medium duty, lightweight cutting practice Katana, this is one option for you to consider."
"Absolutely excellent! The blade does appear to have a genuine Hamon line. The assembly is tight in all aspects. No loose parts or rattles. The Saya has a nicely done mottled and subtle black finish. The Koiguchi is unfinished and does not have any lacquer or coating on the face. Minor flaw. Fit of the Koiguchi is good. The Habaki is beyond beautiful and superbly functional. The heaviest of all of my collection. It will serve well in protecting the hand. The blade is Katana sharp. Not razor sharp, which a foolish idea for a sword. The Kissaki is a smoothe transition unlike cheaper blades with the faux grind at the point. Having a No Hi is also a major plus for this piece. The entire construction of the Tsuka is top notch. The Same is genuine Ray Skin as tested by the thumbnail technique. The Kashigane is one of my favourite parts of this piece as it is pronounced, well secured and simply beautiful. The Seppa has the almost annoying look of a cheap part in an otherwise high end piece and has "China" stamped prominently on it. Altogether a fantastic piece!"
