I first purchased the black Pakkawood TR99 . Awesome knife. Was so impressed with that one,, I decided to try the TR139 rosewood pakka. Glad I did. This knife is even cooler than the TR99. It appears in the ad,,,to look sort of fake. Let me assure you that it is much more impressive than it appears. It has rosewood accents ,, and also appears to have bone inlay. It may be plastic? But for all portrayable authentic like appearance ,, it looks like bone. This knife is much much more attractive and appealing than the black pakka TR99. If you don't have one? Buy them both?? if you expect superior quality,,don't waist your time. You are only fooling yourself, for the small price you pay for this anomaly. If you want a fun,functional,one of a kind,,conversation piece, that will certainly turn heads,, and raise questions,, like,,, where can I get one?? Then you "must" own one/two of these knives. Tell your friends about BUDK. Share the experience as I have. My first experience with this knife has net two more purchases,, and four more knives later. Christmas is around the corner ,, and I can't wait for my family circle. To open their gifts, and pull this gargantuan knife out the box. Merry Christmas to all,,, and quit procrastinating. My wife got me this as a birthday gift. Let me just say GREAT GOOGLYMOOGLY!! I am not a small man, this thing is massive! And excellent quality to boot.

The knife came razor sharp. It is very solid and hefty. Although the lock is very stiff I still love it.

The knife looks great however the fit and finish leaves a lot to be desired. Gaps in the spine and rattle in the bolster makes it only worth a display knife. On the bright side, this knife from a distance looks Bad-Ass

This is a beautiful life if only I was able to close it. To actually close the knife once open I have to push the release on something hard like a corner of a desk otherwise it's very difficult to close it and hope that it doesn't shut on my fingers
