"I have owned a few timber wolf knives. This one is by far the highest quality. It's a remake of the frontier bowie but smaller. It's solid design and feels good in your hand. It is made in China so be aware of mass produced metal ect, like all timber wolf's knives. That being said it's over all great for the price point and a formidable blade."

"Excellent overall quality. I sharpened the blade up a bit with a kitchen sharpening stick even though the knife already came sharp out of the box. The quality was excellent I thought and the price was affordable to me. Got it this past week and took it on a overnight camp out with some friends in a wooded area they own. I put a dog collar on the belt loop so it would ride lower on a large belt I wore across my chest. Easy to hike with and a good quality leather sheath I thought as well. Oiled it well and the sheath as well with 3 in 1 penetrating oil so it would not rust. Its primary purpose is a just in case fixed blade knife. Everyone else that was camping said they were ordering one when they got home from camping from BUDK. Reminded me of the eairly style bowie knives in the1800s. Very good knife and sheath for the price I thought."
