Seriously Beefy Blade

"The pictures make this knife look small, but it is a surprisingly large and hefty knife. The blade and tang are just under 1/2 cm thick, and give the impression that it could stand up to some pretty serious abuse. The handle is large, ergonomic and comfortable, and could accommodate fairly large hands. The fit and finish are smooth and eye-catching despite the overall simplicity of the blade. Will make for an excellent "work" knife. Had to exchange the first one that I received due to a mix up which somehow caused a used knife to be sent to me (there was dirt and sand in the box, and the knife was unpacked and sliding around in the bottom getting scratched and covered in whatever dirt was there, and had corrosion on the brass lanyard hole in the handle), but customer service was helpful and made the return process easy. The second blade I received was brand new and came properly packaged in a clean box with the knife well wrapped, oiled, and with a plastic guard on the tip. The blade was surprisingly sharp, just shy of being "shaving" sharp. It is worth mentioning that the first knife that I received was also well constructed and perfectly useable despite being scratched up and dirty. The attention to detail and build-quality is consistent with these knives from the two that I've seen. Overall I'm very satisfied and not unhappy with either the knife or the service I received."

Perfect size

"Well made knife with plenty of heft and just my size I really hate getting knifes that just don't feel like knifes but this one really has some heft to it and feels good in the hand"
