A good full tang survival knife
"I finally got this beast of a knife, and I am happy with its construction and the way it fits in the sheath. Although this is the type of tool that should have a sturdy plastic sheath instead of leather, but I digress. It was heavily oiled and slightly dull. I was able to clean it up and put a edge on that will help with the varied future cutting chores I need it to perform. This is the type of beast that would hack apart an animal and even chop kindling for building a fire to cook it. It feels good in my hands and would be a great addition to a hiker, campers kit and would be a great gift for your prepper friends."
