Right size, right weight, and right grip. The engraving is splendid as the overall knife very good looking at this price. It also came with a sharp blade that was not expected.

This thing is built very well, solid and good material. I love the coloring of the wood. It is a bit hard opening so far, but I imagine it will wear in soon enough. I had to touch up the edge a bit, and already cut my finger with it. Looks like good steel, and it's holding that edge pretty well. Overall, I am glad I got this knife. It is well built, solid, good looking, good steel. I chose not to have any engraving done on mine. It looks better without, I think.

Just got the knife today. So I had to try it on a length of rope. It feels comfortable in my hand, the blade is super sharp. Feels like a quality tool. Love the way the safety feature works - no potential accidents. I had mine engraved and it looks so cool. Looking forward to taking it with me on my next 5 day hike.

This knife feels very solid and well made. I would expect it to be twice the price. My only complaint is that I think the engraving is upside down from what would be my preference.
