It does the work of two blankets!
"This Swiss Army blanket solved a problem for me. I'm a big guy, recently retired, and I spend a lot of time in a recliner chair. I often even sleep overnight in it. Previously I used two plain gray wool blankets to cover up when I stretched out in the recliner on very cold nights. One blanket alone would have been enough if I could tell its top and bottom from the sides, but I rarely could, so I just draped myself with two of them -- one over my lower body areas, and the other over my upper body. The Swiss Army blanket, though, has a small white Swiss cross on both its top and bottom edges. This makes it easy to orient it on my body. I just tuck an edge with a cross up under my chin, and then I extend the rest of the blanket downwards to cover up all the rest of me. Only one blanket required! It also happens to be a very large, heavy, comfortable blanket which feels great pulled up snugly around me on dark chilly nights. Love it."
