Great grip on this neck knife Reviewed by Russ S on Mar 01, 2015   4 out of 5

This blade has contoured finger grooves that really give you awesome purchase on the grip. The lanyard hole is another safety when I put a length of paracord on it. Replace the string with something less stretchy and it's a great neck knife. The sheath is fairly snug, it won't fall out. The choil on the topside of the blade will help in case you have larger hands. It does have a spring steel belt clip on the sheath, removable with 3 screws. Other holes in the sheath will hook it to a pack or other mounting device. It's fairly sharp, just fine for my purposes; self defense. The big deal with this knife is the grip. So far this is the knife I trust the most to stay in my hand, because of the finger contoured profile. Mine has a black semi-gloss finish with the UZI logo in gold. Black plastic satin finish grips with screws holding them on. But I don't worry with this knife, the grip is great, feels like you have lots of control. The blade is ground on one side; meaning one side is not ground at all. There is one bevel the whole length of the blade extending about half-way up the height, but only on one side of the blade. The second bevel is where the blade is sharpened. That bevel is the entire blade length, about 1/16 up the first bevel, raising the burr for sharpness. I'll be keeping this blade exactly like it is. Over all good deal, nice looking blade, good sheath, good name UZI and decent removable belt clip. It's a keeper. Looks good, stays in the sheath upside down, good self defense knife.
