"The transaction was great, and delivery was really quick! The sword is beautiful. It has nice weight, and it feels comfortable in my hand. The sheath is seriously heavy duty! This thing is sharp. I hadda use a microfiber cloth to wipe off some oil probably left from the manufacturing process. This is the first time I ordered from this company and they are AWESOME."
"This sword has some serious cutting power!It was razor sharp right out of the box (though I did give it some extra sharpening) Excellent for cutting small branches and brush. I haven't had to use it for self defense yet, but I'm sure it would be an effective melee weapon. The point did bend slightly after heavy use, but I put it through the paces and it's still my go-to. Great product! I'm debating the next blade to add to my arsenal"

"People keep talking about appearance. When I buy hatchet for cutting off branches my focus is how the hatch it performs not how the hatchet looks. When it comes to performance this tool does the job it was built to do I've had more than one of these it will cut into wood whether it's a tree or a landscape timber but it's not made for that it'll go through a wall That's sheetrock as long as you don't hit the two by four this is a sword made for war as most are the majority are this historical sword with its modern style is awesome you're paying a decent price for a decent material of metal if it bends you can bend it back you can take care of this weapon and if you do it will last a long time they could last your whole life. Whether used on battlefield or just kept it home whether it's to decorate your wall or to be a defense weapon it is fully functional as always I put everything to the test and this weapon is a great defense weapon for a really good price Combat Commander has not made everything great but this is one of the great ones and Bud k has the best service the best customer service the nicest people they take care of their customers if something happens to your sword or whatever it is that you got that it showed up broken or didn't show up or whatever they'll take care of it you can't just mess something up and expect them to pay for it. But they go above and beyond Budk gives great deals fast shipping and delivery and with BudK's membership you save more money."
"Comes sharp and sturdy. It's thin metal and feels sort of flimsy. Machete are supposed to be light weight, and this one is. The handle is tight. I think the blade is high carbon and tempered, it has spring to it. It doesn't really feel good to swing at anything, it is uncomfortable in my hand. Honestly I would buy a Priscilla instead, for working. The two are about the same money, and length of blade. The Schrade feels nice, swings better and has a thicker blade. The combat commander is sort of a novelty item. Sword shaped machete. I think kids would really like it!"
