The Czech M85 Rucksack is made of nylon-reinforced, vinyl fabric, which means it’s water-resistant and won’t deteriorate over time, even when exposed to winter precipitation and temperatures. All of your survival gear will stay safe and dry. This military surplus bag was legitimately used by soldiers in the Czech Army, so you know that it’s tough enough to stand-up to anything that come your way. You’re also getting a wool blanket exactly like the Swiss Army used and it can be attached to the top of the rucksack with the nylon webbing straps that the bag has for gear attachment. Just like the bag, the blanket stands-up to winter weather, since wool is the only natural fiber that retains its insulating abilities even when wet. This blanket is 90-percent wool and is a nice size at 64”x 84” overall. An important tool to have with you when you’re bugging-out, the Black Legion Camping Hatchet has been included, as well. It can also be attached to the rucksack with the webbing straps. At just 14” overall, the small hatchet is almost indestructible with a high carbon steel head and a fiberglass handle with a rubberized grip. The extra-thick, 4” axe blade has a blunt hammer side, making it suitable for a variety of survival uses. Along with the wool blanket and the hatchet, we’ve included a variety of mystery emergency gear. "So this purchase was only like $2 shy of the $320 so I'm not at all upset, got a good variety of gear from emergency poncho to reflective Paracord. Only 1 item was defective but I'm sure that will be rectified. Not something I would order over and over but I'd order one again next winter, the Rucksack is legit, it is very spacious, yes the lack of compartment leads to ingenuity but I really love it.
