Sabre Rattling!

"Overall, the quality of the blade is very nice and came fairly sharp. It didn't take too much effort to get a razor's edge. It's a nice looking cane, but I noticed immediately there was a slight gap where the sword handle meets the cane body and, sure enough, it rattles like crazy! However, I also realize that for a 200 dollar item, it's not going to be perfect. I easily fixed it by gluing a small piece of 1/16 inch neoprene rubber on the cane pommel (opposite the sword latch) and that fixed the issue. It is now perfectly silent and I am enjoying it a lot. Now I just hope I never have to use it. . . ."

"Very good piece for the price. I’ve had 3 other “sword canes”, but this is by far the best. Blade is reasonably sharp, seems sturdy, and length is easily adjusted with any saw as there is lots of extra length in the wood body of the cane."

"The cane portion has enough extra that I can cut the cane portion to the proper size for actual use as a cane. It will appear perfectly sized for my height. Other products aren't useful, and they can't be cut to size. Recommended."

Excellent cane sword

"I previously purchased a Night Watchman Stealth Defender and liked it very much. The aluminum shaft is a reliable weapon on its own, but I struggled with the amount of force required to extricate the sword. The Shikoto Rurousha quick release button solved that problem. As a cane, it is light and attractive. The leather wrapped sword handle is stylish and functional. The Damascus steel blade is SHARP! Five stars for this blend of fashion and function."
