A solid piece of steel. Of course don't buy this for the sheath, which is a pain in the ass. The blade on the other hand is nice, solid and will last you your whole life! I got 4 of 'em to use as throwers, and as gifts. Who wouldn't smile when you hand them a nice stainless blade like this? I haven't sharpened it, it's not too sharp, except the tip. Two of these will fit in one of their sheaths, nice way to carry enough metal with you.

I got it as a buy one, get one free deal. Maybe not as sharp as it could be but you could certainly stab a hole in something. That tip is much more treacherous than the blade itself. I will sharpen it and life will be good. Two for $10 is a decent deal. I will take it and not complain.

Double-ended throwing knife Reviewed by Jefferson A Long on Feb 23, 2015   5 out of 5

It was not as sharp as advertised. Is OK. I can and have sharpened the several I have. It is great as a hide-out knife. I got it to be used, primarily as a spear-head. the holes and shape of the blade hilt, makes that an 'easy' feat. I like it. If it is not 'sharp' enough for you, 'sharpen' it!!!

Not Sharpened Reviewed by Dragon Man on Oct 16, 2013   2 out of 5

I brought 4 different knives and this was one of them was kinda odd that there wasn't a video made for it. I took it out the box and tried to cut a piece of paper and it couldn't do it, they said on the site that is it sharp but it's not. I have a grinder for sharpening my machetes and a sharpening stone for my knives I am gonna have to sharpen this one it is better as a thrower and nothing else. If you want to use it to slash bottles and things then you might want to sharpen it.
