Bought these about a year ago and still using them. The handle was garbage, set screws were wayyyyy too short. Wrapped some electrical tape around my favorite pieces and off we go. Went from taking 15+ minutes on a suitcase lock to opening maximum security level 9 padlocks in under 30 seconds. Great variety in this set for the price, although the picks are a bit flimsy. If you're using them right that won't matter though. Love this set. Part of my EDC.

Alright set, good for beginners Reviewed by Dakota Smith on Jul 25, 2015   3 out of 5

Handle doesn't work, like at all. The screws used to hold the pick in place are no where near long enough to hold any of the picks in place, a D strip very easily. That said, picks are in great shape if a bit low quality

This is a very good lock pick set for the price, and yes there are more complete and hardier pick sets out there but for most people they are cost prohibitive. If you just want a decent set of picks this is the one to get.

I bought these and a practice lock on a whim. After watching a video online and 15 minutes of fiddling around I had opened it. I liked that this set had a few extra shapes over the basic one. I knocked a star off because they are a little cheap feeling and looking.

Great shipping, everything seems to be in good condition except the handle doesn't seem to grip the picks when I tightened the sc rews

A neat little kit. The case has pockets for the different types of tools; one for picks, wrenches, the handle, and a torx/allen wrench for the screws on the handle. The screws(2) must be slightly tightened so the handle grips the pick. The case is just big enough to carry a pick inside the handle (in the handle pocket) so you can get to work quickly. My only complaint is that the picks I received are bent as though they were rolled or cut from sheet metal. Not a big deal though as they bend back and it's not too severe.

I got.this and so far I've found it wrist crampingly fun to pick locks with... once.you get the pressure just right.

It was a great idea in the beginning. I'll probably have future needs for it. But for the life of me, the key set that i needed for my pantry, i could not find. I tried every piece. Front end, back end, even side ways lol.

Either I suck at lockpicking, (was able to get in my car woo woo) or the key piece i needed just wasn't there!

Got me back to driving my car though, so I gotta give it a 4/5.

I'm gonna buy ALL the lockpicking sets so i don't mess up lol

Arrived quickly, much sooner than expected. Steel is springy and flexible, but rigid enough for the job. I needed this because I lost a key to a lock at home and this did the trick. Outstanding! (oh, and they give you a small hex key that they don't mention, so that's cool)
