Product Description
When you need an easily concealed defense weapon, United Cutlery's Undercover Sonic Karambit is your best bet! This blade will go undetected until right when you need it.
An everyday carry, this is just a neat little knife. I have the uncoated one. I'll go ahead and tell you, it's factory dull. Had trouble with paracord. That's beyond the point, sharpen it with a hand sharpener and don't complain because this is still a neat little karambit for the price. It is small but covert compared to the bigger ones. The molded sheath allows you to unscrew the loop portion and turn around so it rides very high on your belt for more concealment. I really like this item and bet you will too.

This knife is great for the price but it is tiny. It's very easy to conceal and makes a great EDC. It comes sharp out of the box. Overall a great little knife. Thanks budk!

Love it. Small, sturdy, well made. I also love the sheath minus that its mean for your belt. Very quality product for such a low price. Seems pretty sharp out of the box, not just the tip either. Feels really good in my hand top blade up.

The perfect EDC, that will save your life.
This little terror is worth 3x the amount BudK is charging. I have been a Karambit/Karambit aficionado for the past 6 years or so, and I have many, many, MANY versions. This specific Karambit is PERFECT for every-day-carry - it is SMALL. This might be a turn-off for most people, but I have been looking for a karambit with a VERY small blade, because it is easier to conceal, and when used in a self-defense situation, it is LETHAL due to how much damage you can do when your assailant thinks they are only being "punched". Make no mistakes about it, this particular karambit is not meant for stabbing, it is meant for slashing. It's small, so it takes some getting used to with the new placement of your fingers, but it is totally adaptable with a very small learning curve. PLUS, the finger hole is PERFECT for me. I wear a size 13 ring, and this fits 100% perfectly on me. The other United Cutlery Undercover Karambit, with 2 finger holes, was SLIGHTLY tight.

I was really intrigued by this knife design and had to see what it had to offer in a self defense capability. the actual blade itself is rather small. but this does not take away from its defensive capabilities, it affords the user a greater control over the blade. If you have to use this blade for defense you will be up close and personal with an attacker, and from the design of this blade that's exactly where you would want to be. the tip of the blade is exceedingly sharp. the rest of the blade by comparison is rather dull. Overall I'm very happy with the Karambit.

the sheath is a completely different matter, the knife is somewhat loose in the sheath so it rattles a little, also the handle protrudes out significantly making it interesting to try and carry on your person. so for the sheath I am only ok with its function.

Overall due to my high opinion of the karambit and apathy toward the sheath I give this buy a 4 out of 5

I should have read more. This knife is durable and razor sharp, but it is tiny.. If held in a reverse style or as i call for a karambit "normal" style it fits on the middle finger and wraps down the bottom three, the blades a good length though and the ring is plenty big though. Despite quality it is simply far lighter and smaller than i wanted and the case holds the blade so that you must remove it with the blade on the top end *or thumb side* of your hand unless you are left handed. This is not how i use a karambit, so it takes time to readjust. not a big deal but big enough for me to sell it within the week of arrival.
