Product Description
Perfect for beginners and seasoned pros alike, this triple throwing knife set from United Cutlery will provide you with hours of throwing fun! Get out your target and watch these blades fly right into it!
My second set of United Cutlery throwing knifes. They are holding up great as I'm learning. I had to sharpin the tips a few times. I just run them my cheap little carbide sharpener that i also got from budk. How can you pass up this deal?... Signed, ham'rd skull ??

awesome set
Ive been throwing knives for a few months now and this set was my first for myself. I love them. Great weight and can take one hell of a beating.

My new favorite throwers
I've recently taken up knife throwing and ordered 2 sets of the United Cutlery Triple Throwing Knife Set, and man they're awesome! Perfectly balanced, they have a nice heavy weight so when they hit the target the HIT the target; I have yet to miss my mark even from 15 feet away. The design does make it a bit difficult to use the no spin technique, the curves at the bottom of the actual blade make it so there's no as much room for your hand to no spin it but considering how dead on these knives are when I throw 'em, not to worried about it. Even though I already have 2 sets of these, at the price they're set, I'll probably be buying another 2 sets once I'm done writing these review. Which is now.

Fantastic thrower
I took these with me to Iraq to practice with in 2004. They are sturdy and forgiving. They even went through 1/2" plywood handle first! while I was beginning!
I was taken back by how easily these knives sail and stick. A must-have for any fan of the hammer-grip throwing style, and with a careful pinch-grip you can throw by either the handle or the blade. As for the price, you'll only find it with BudK, worth every penny.

Great Knives
These knives impressed me with their quality - you definately get the most for your money. They're a bit weighty and bury themselves in the target quite easily. No edge, but a fairly sharp point. They throw very well 1/2 spin - all in all a great buy!

Set of Three Throwing Knives
I received this from the $25 surprise bag amongst other things. I really like this item, never threw knives before. I threw these knives with my brother for a couple of weeks, until it got cold. It's a good set to begin with and never had to sharpen them or anything. Something the back of the knives get stuck somewhere in the ground or in the tree.

Great throwers in this size
I really like these throwers. In this size and weight and price range they are a good deal. I to have broken some. To improve durability the three holes need to be chamfered. It would be nice if this was done at the factory. And I believe they know this. The steel is of high quality and the balance is good. If I was going to complain about anything it would be the sheath, it is okay for storage but not for carry because the knife will stick right through and in to what ever is near. As I mentioned before I have broken a couple but once you get practiced up they seldom break. I have not seen one break that stuck. For the money these are good knives.

Pretty Good Thrower
For the money, this is a good practice throwing knife. Of course they do break. A guy should try to 'stik'em' not break'em. Structurally, a little weak at the two holes near the blade end. I'll still buy'em.

Very satisfied
Well made for the price.Durable but can break, have had two snap at the handle.I've had multiple sets over the years and to only have two break that's not so bad.I'll buy more!

Throwers
Out of the Package one the knives had a crack in the handle where the two bottom holeo throws are. These knives are really easy to throw and stick great. I think the handle problem is with the way they are made. Other than the weak handle these are really great, you gotto be real carfull with em.

Fragile, Handle with care
As far as a throwing knife goes, these knives fly well, and are easy to learn on. However this does not make up for the knives weak construction. I got my set a week ago, and one of the knives has broken along the three drill holes in the handle. I am not an experienced thrower, but I was not excessively rough with these, and we will see how long the others last...

Cheap but cheap
Bought 6 (two sets) and used one weekend with relatives. 5 of the 6 broke. My 11 year old great-nephew broke one, my 12 year old great-niece broke one, my brother broke one, and my 56 year old sister (a grand-mother) broke 2. Not worth it.
